Streaming video services are at the forefront of new movie technology. Apple laptops are compatible with this service and allow you to watch thousands of movies minutes after you think of them. This freedom allows you to try newer movies without paying for them a la carte like on the iTunes store.

If you have younger children who wish to play, Vroom Vroom is a great free racing game appropriate for all ages. It’s a 2D car racing game that is easy to learn and on that your kids can enjoy. It has several race tracks with varying levels of difficulty, speed levels and game modes. The goal in the game is to obtain a license in order to be able to drive better, more powerful cars as you compete on each track.

When you get your MacBook, another game you can let your kids play is Hedgewars. It’s a multi-platform game with quite a range of weapons, excellent graphics & audio and has a multi-player option. It is extremely addicting and hilarious to boot! Although it’s got great strategy, its appeal lies in watching the hedgehogs destructive ways.
